The programm of Cheap mountain trek Morocco 2 Days
Day 1 : Marrakesh–Asni – Imioughlad – Pass Tacht – Tizi Oussem ( 1950m )
A 1-hour and 30-minute ride from Marrakech to the village of Imi N’oughlad, which is the starting point of our hike in the High Atlas. We will meet the team of muleteers and begin our walk by ascending to the Tacht pass at 2000m above sea level. This first stop will offer us a superb view of the village before we descend along an easy path to a spring where we will have lunch. After an hour of descent, we will arrive at the village of Tizi Oussem, where we will spend the night in local lodging. 1-hour and 30-minute drive. 5 hours of walking.
Day 2 : Tizi Oussem – Mzik pass ( 2400m)–Imlil- Marrakesh
After leaving this beautiful village, we will walk through a forest, under the shade of the cliffs, all the way up to the Mzik pass, from where we will enjoy a great view of the Imlil valley. We will descend for two hours to reach the valley, where we will find green orchard terraces. Lunch will be served under the big walnut trees. Transfer to Marrakech. 5 hours of walking. 1 hour and 45 minutes’ drive.
